Rose Veranda’s high tea buffet is pure class. The setting<\/strong> is luxurious. There isn’t a lot of food selection<\/strong>, just a row of table with sandwiches<\/strong>, pies<\/strong>,\u00a0roast beef<\/strong>, and\u00a0local delights<\/strong> like fried bee hoon<\/strong> and fried rice<\/strong> with some hot dishes<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n

The food was comforting, and nothing to complain about, except for\u00a0sushi<\/strong> (dry rice) and\u00a0chicken wings<\/strong> (too much flour).<\/p>\n

The high tea also comes with free-flow of tea<\/strong>, which you can choose from a humongous selection of very superior teas.<\/p>\n

The service<\/strong> was first class, attentive, courteous and friendly.<\/p>\n

My friend commented that this is the best high tea in Singapore<\/strong>. I cannot disagree for I had 50% discount, and we six only paid $23 each<\/strong>. But even when the buffet is priced at $46 (including taxes), I’d still be willing to pay. It was classy, luxurious, and unpretentious.<\/p>\n
