A longtime friend and I were craving for oysters. We narrowed down to Greenwood Fish Market because it is a place that specializes in seafood<\/strong>. We were here on a Monday evening, and the promotion on Mondays was Lobster Bash. It is best to call and make reservations<\/strong> before heading down because the restaurant was packed by 8pm.<\/p>\n

\nIf you like the restaurant and share it with your friends on Facebook, you will be given a free appetizer<\/strong> which was fresh salmon Carpaccio<\/strong>\u00a0for us (call them to check if the promo is still on). Although there is a list of oysters, the only available oyster type that day was Golden Mantle oysters<\/strong>. We ordered 6 pcs at $4\/pc<\/strong>. Fresh, juicy and easy to slurp.<\/p>\n

\nWe also ordered Swordfish Belly Sashimi<\/strong> ($18.95) for 6 slices, too thin, and overpriced.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Grilled Boston Lobster<\/strong> ($39.95) was meaty, fresh and succulent. We loved it so much but it was not enough for 2 to share. After all the food, we were still starved and we ordered Calamari<\/strong> ($12.95). The calamari was good, very chewy and fresh, unlike other places which serve Calamari Rings.

Between 2 girls, we spent $53 each<\/strong>. We wanted to order the lava cake but we heard the waiter telling the next table that the waiting time is about 1 hour, and decided to go next door for tiramisu.<\/p>\n

Overall,\u00a0servers<\/strong>\u2019 attitudes can be improved. We asked to split the bill into 2 when we requested for the bill and the rude reply was \u201cWhy don\u2019t you just give me 2 cards?\u201d I don\u2019t know how your restaurant works what, why cannot be polite right? Other than that, I think the food is fresh and relatively cheap with the promotion.<\/p>\n
