\nThe food<\/strong>, if forgettable, did not cause any offense. Each dish was safe and a tad boring. The two dishes that stood out were (1) yaki shake maki<\/strong> (supplement $8, pictured above), which had a spicy Korean sauce that was exciting, and the taste filled the mouth, though the rice was dry; (2) the dessert, a delightful mango cake with almond croquante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can say the selling point<\/strong> is the view but when we were there, we were seated in the middle of the huge hall so we were blocked by others. Heng<\/em> it was a foggy day and nobody got a view so there were no winners.<\/p>\n

While the service<\/strong> was excellent and very attentive, the food didn’t attempt to rock the boat. There were many executives<\/strong> dining so I suppose if lunch is on company’s account, go crazy. But if you’re paying on your own, there are places nearby with more character and exciting food. You can always dine elsewhere and go to the rooftop bar for drinks to enjoy the breeze.<\/p>\n
