The chicken is extremely tender with a smoky aroma, and the bismati rice is fluffy and not dry! The buffet\u00a0is worth the price\u00a0just for the biryani alone.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>New Menu<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>For dinner, there are set menus starting from $48+, but the most popular set is\u00a0<strong>Journey Through India<\/strong> ($97 vegetarian, $107 non-), consisting dishes from both North and South India. The <strong>cracked wheat choco kheer<\/strong> ($14) is a better option, like a rice pudding, except the rice is replaced by wheat and white chocolate in this case.<\/p>\n<p>While I admire the bravery and dedication of creating new dishes, I prefer the traditional Indian food served during the lunch buffet to the new creations.
