The vegetables were crispy fresh, and meats very tasty. The well-marinated, tender\u00a0<strong>chicken thigh<\/strong> worked\u00a0best for\u00a0me, but the medium-rare, good quality <strong>steak<\/strong> (+$1) came a close second. <strong>Salmon<\/strong> (+$2) was overly charred, hence\u00a0bitter, but the inside was a perfect pink. Dressing is served\u00a0by the side by\u00a0default, which is\u00a0how all salad shops should do it. I recommend the zesty <strong>ginger ponzu<\/strong> dressing, over the popular\u00a0<strong>honey mustard<\/strong> or\u00a0<strong>barbecue<\/strong>. A private room for 12 is available at minimum spending of $350. The specialty,\u00a0<strong>tonkotsu shiro ramen<\/strong> ($12), had awesome creamy but not <em>jerlat<\/em>\u00a0broth, and smooth noodles with a beautiful texture. On your second visit, try\u00a0<strong>tonkotsu kuro ramen<\/strong> ($13), which is the original broth, seasoned with sesame oil, garlic, and shallot&#8211;very fragrant and garlicky. The\u00a0<em>char siew<\/em> could be more tender, and I gave my feedback about the eggs.
