I have always loved omi beef. The rice was hard, the beef was tender, and when you masticate, the juices flow out, mixing and softening the rice in the mouth. I also have a predilection for sweet sauces. Very tasty. Unfortunately, as Pinky pointed out, it didn&#8217;t have a charred surface. I think they are constrained by space, cannot put a charcoal grill in here.
