Imagine ordering 2 curries and a few naans. The fish curry <\/b>is especially tasty, the meat so moist and tender, yet doesn’t fall apart when forked.<\/p>\n

In general, the vegetarian options are more delicious than the non-.\u00a0For instance, the paneer tikka mulatani<\/b> (above)\u00a0is cottage cheese infused with herbs and spices, and tandoori-baked to a golden crust, so crispy as if deep-fried. It’s savory, spicy, well balanced with a hint of sweetness from the pineapple and beetroot puree. And it leaves an intense aromatic smokey aftertaste, lingering in the mouth.<\/p>\n

\"punjab-grill-sg\"Tandoori broccoli<\/strong>\u00a0(above) is wonderfully complex when paired with almond marinade.\u00a0Off-the-menu crispy tandoori-baked\u00a0mushroom<\/b> (below)\u00a0stuffed with cheese, on a bed of spinach puree, is also fantastic. The margherita naan<\/b>, glazed with mango, can wiped off the spinach, giving moments of savoriness and sweetness.<\/p>\n

One meat dish I enjoyed is the chicken almond soup<\/b> (below), a play on the western chicken soup. Very comforting, and there are layers of distinct tastes, chicken with the sweet aftertaste of almond.<\/p>\n

Hater of almond, Mr Fitness, commented, “Food should be like this. Has finesse. It’s real food whose\u00a0flavors are brought out by spices, and not processed and artificial. Even the almond here tastes so good.”<\/p>\n
