\"super-loco-singapore-review\"Craving for tacos so finally checked out\u00a0Super Loco at Robertson Quay\u00a0<\/strong>for their weekend brunch. “Loco” means “crazy,” and it was one wild fiesta.<\/p>\n

\"super-loco-menu\"The\u00a0DIY tacos for two<\/strong> ($34) are\u00a0delicious.\u00a0The thinly sliced Al Pastor pork, when wrapped, is tangy, slightly spicy, creamy with guacamole, crunchy with pork rind. A smorgasbord of happy flavors and textures.<\/p>\n

\"super-loco-location\"El Mexicano grande<\/strong> ($22), or big breakfast, with eggs, bacon, sour dough, is good but nothing to write home about. Curros\u00a0<\/strong>($10 + $4 vanilla ice cream) are just so-so.<\/p>\n

\"super-loco-robertson-quay\"Just being in the place makes us\u00a0happy. The resto-bar\u00a0is full of\u00a0bright neon colors of Mexico, creating a convivial atmosphere. Many hot\u00a0angmohs<\/em> here, pleasing to the eye. You know, they are the rugby Australian sort, the sort that “It’s Raining Men” is singing about: “Big, tall, dark, and lean,\u00a0rough and tough and strong and mean.”\u00a0Hallelujah!<\/p>\n

\"super-loco-robertson-walk\"Like the decor, the service is excellent. We were always taken care of, no matter how busy the servers were—it was full house—and the lady manager even came over to chat with us.<\/p>\n

We liked the service so much we tipped them $5, on top of the $98 bill <\/strong>(including drinks, for 3 persons, no service charge).\u00a0You know, Singaporeans are such stingy buggers we never tip.<\/p>\n
