January is a busy month. A\u00a0new year begets new hopes, and owners of eateries are not infallible to this folly.<\/p>\n

Many eateries know that they must have a gambit to attract customers. On this list, you’ll see magic and monsters. However, the serious\u00a0eateries focus on innovative and exciting menus with good ingredients.<\/p>\n

Some are opening their 2nd or nth eatery, so we know F&B operators do<\/em> make money, contrary to what they claim.<\/p>\n

It’s bigger, better, faster, stronger. They have four\u00a0new soup bases: Vitamin C Tomato Sweet Corn<\/strong>, Herbal Drunken Chicken<\/strong>, Cooling Coconut<\/strong> and Longevity Wild Pine Mushroom<\/strong>. Instead of dividing the pot into half so you get two soups, they have a new pot that is quartered, so you can enjoy four soups.<\/p>\n

Helmed by Chef de cuisine Kenji Yamanaka, the restaurant serves French-Japanese cuisine.
