Nestled within <strong>Parco departmental store<\/strong> at Millenia Walk, on the top floor, there are a few Japanese restaurants. So extravagant, so fragrant, so rich, so sweet, so thick, more like a broth than a stock. The egg is gorgeous, <strong>molten-yolked<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>How do we judge ramen? We judge by whether it scalds our tongues because we are so greedy we want to slurp so fast as we can. And this one did.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service<\/strong>: immaculate, attentive, and friendly.<\/p>\n<p>After reading a few negative reviews of the place, the reviews mostly complain that the soup is too full bodied, too flavorful. In defense of Keisuke Tokyo, we say, if you want light soup, go eat pho, fish porridge, yong tou fu or even udon, or soba. Really? You want to eat ramen and then complain it&#8217;s too heavy? Doesn&#8217;t the fatty pork belly (that usually accompanies ramen) already suggest that ramen won&#8217;t be recommended in &#8220;The Biggest Loser&#8221; diet? Complaining ramen&#8217;s robustness is like choosing to take a literature course when you don&#8217;t like to read.
