Bisco Sakaba (Orchard Plaza, 01-24) is a French-Japanese bistro-izakaya. There’s nothing quite like it. If you’re looking for something more structured and chef-led, that’s a different lane entirely. It’s closer to the kind of experience you’d expect from the best omakase in Singapore, where everything unfolds course by course. The menu is limited but exquisite. Paid about $90/pax.
