Shinjuku Kappo Nakajima, a michelin-starred restaurant, serves affordable sardines set meal. On the same street, there is a Sarutahiko Coffee outlet which has fantastic coffee.
Having had such good experiences at FOC and FOC Sentosa, we visited Pim Pam by FOC which serves Spanish-Catalan small plates. Unfortunately, good things do not come in threes.
FOC Sentosa gets two thumbs up from me.
