To celebrate Singapore’s 50th birthday, we did the food that we consider to be most Singaporean: Best Bak Chor Mee in Singapore. You can never find bcm anywhere else in the world.

This is the DEFINITIVE BEST CHICKEN RICE in Singapore. Ok, maybe not, but we tried very hard. Standards for chicken rice are very high. Boon Tong Kee didn’t even make it to top #20. And Tian Tian not in top #10.
