The 8 year-old Song of India has achieved two things recently: it introduces a new buffet lunch (M-Sat $29.90, Sun $39.90) and it has revamped its a la carte menu, with molecular desserts.

Lei Garden has roots from a Hong Kong Michelin-starred restaurant and there are 2 outposts in Singapore. The dim sum left me feeling euphoric. Highly recommended.
