After 4 hours of no-food diet, I decided to reward myself for my discipline when I passed by the kopitiam, which sells only Chinese-styled nasi lemak.

Popular with executives, with a mostly Chinese crowd, the nasi lemak–meaning “rich rice”–is redolent of coconut–very, very rich. The chicken wing, hot from the frying pan, is crispy and moist. Bits of fish lodge in the otak, giving it a texture. And the curry vegetable is coconuty and rich, not very spicy. In fact, all the items are aimed to clogged your arteries, hence making it a satisfying meal.

The late hours (till 4am daily) make it a good supper place too.

Recommended if you want to reward yourself for your discipline in your diet too.
