✅ been craving steak for weeks and Fat Belly Steakhouse (📍Serene Centre #01-04) really scratches the itch. Their steaks are as good as or better than any fine dining restaurants. I feel so satisfied.
🥩 Full-Blood Wagyu MS-8/9 Denver ($65), charcoal grilled. Perfection. Perfect balance of fat and meat: meat enough for a nice chewy bite, fat enough to give flavour. + that smokiness. Not cheap but fantastic.
🍔 the sanchoku wagyu burger ($28) is very very good too. It’s not minced completely, it has small chunks in the patty that gives it such a great bite. If they can solve the soggy bun issue (because of the juicy patty), that would be awesome.
