🍛 Maji Curry (📍Funan & Novena Square 2) won best curry in Japan in 2018 and 2022. 

🥘 pricing is quite reasonable starting from ten plus. 

🍛 curry is good. It’s spicer than the usual Japanese curry. But it is earthy and has depth. The curry is the highlight, as it should be. 

🐷 I got the triple meat set ($24.50): pork cutlet, pork shabu, hamburg. Thought the meats are better than other restaurants at this price. The pork cutlet, which is the best of the 3, has a nice layer of fat and remains crisp.  Hamburg is cooked nicely. 

✅ overall, good affordable food. It’s a place I would return if I’m nearby.
