👨‍🍳 this caifan stall started from street hawker in the 80s! In 1994, the current hawker/owner took over from his father. He has 30 years of experience.

⚛️ he cooks in small batches and when the dish finishes, he would cook again. So he’s cooking throughout the day to keep the food fresh.

🏪 after the stall closes, he goes to Pasir Panjang market to select vegetables for the next day. He gets his fish from Taman Jurong. He believes that as long as the ingredients are good, the food will taste good.

🐠 the fish dishes are most popular: fried fish, steamed fish, and fish with bitter gourd.

✅ dishes are simple so don’t expect too much. But the pricing is good and the food is satisfying
