🛸 First time eating Appam (fermented rice batter and coconut milk) and, like the shop’s name, it is heavenly.
👅 it is coconuty and slightly sour from fermentation. Crispy at edges, pillowy in middle. Yolk still runny. Eat the crispy parts with sugar and yolk parts with curry. So good.
✍️ pro-tip: if you order plain appam, they already pre-made it. So order the egg appam ($3)
