Bancheria = ban chan (Korean appetisers) + Taperia (Spanish bar serving tapas)
I always wanted to eat an entire meal of appetisers so I can taste a bit of everything.

This restaurant does just that. It combines banchan (Korean appetisers) with Spanish small plates tapas.
The fusion is often surprising and delicious (although there is a miss or two as of any experimental food). At least it dares to take risks. This is an interesting, refreshing change from the usual restaurants in sg.
There are also large plates.
