Been to several artisanal pizzerias, which I didn’t review well. BUT I like this! Crust is super tasty, ingredients hearty, big portions – this is what a pizza should be.
If there’s one thing to critique, it’s the crust rolled too thinly. I know Singaporeans like thin crust but pizzas are meant to be eaten by hand. Thin crust doesn’t hold the toppings, so they all fall off.
The service—door man to waitress who took order—-is fantastic despite the crowd. Please give them a big bonus. Also: the vibe is hopping – love it! High scores for food, service, and vibe.
