I hate it when restaurants call themselves “best [food name] in Singapore.” Allow others to praise you, don’t praise yourself.
That said, yes, okay, maybe this basque cheesecake (not really a cake, it’s a pie with crust) is the best in Singapore. Rich, comforting flavours but not flabby. But not everyone will like it because it has a hint of blue cheese. I usually don’t like cheesecake but this one won me over.

The plating of roast duck is gorgeous , they draw an oval, fill it in with sauce. Mash is great but…
This roast duck tastes gamy and like a westernised and inferior version of Cantonese roast duck with plum sauce. I mean… it’s okay. 6/10 kinda food. But I won’t order it in the future.

Not sure about the quality of the tenderloin but the cooking is perfectly medium rare with a crisp crust. Smart to cover the quality of steak with the truffle mushroom sauce and vinegary piquillo pepper. Good portion. This is delicious.

The steak and cheesecake are enjoyable but this is a Mediterranean restaurant and I don’t really see it.
