Inspired by the dynamic street food scene of Taipei, FIVE-TEN is a fun, casual pop-up restaurant bar. Expect affordable small and large plates by Chef Shawn Koh (previously of Salted & Hung) that feature the quintessential flavours of Taiwanese cuisine with a Southeast Asian touch, priced at $5++ and $10++ respectively.

FIVE-TEN has an array innovative tipples like gaoliang slushies as well as a curated selection of beers, wines, and spirits – priced at $5++ and $10++ – to cater to the after-work drinking crowd and late night revelers.

Plaza Brasserie at Park Royal on Beach Road has rebranded to Ginger Asian Restaurant, helmed by  Chef Andy Oh, recently named the Best Head Chef in the Global category of the World Luxury Restaurant Awards, with 30 years of experience. The buffet features Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan dishes such as beef cheek rendang, ayam masak merah,  tandoori lamb rack, Hainanese chicken rice, laksa and char kuay teow. They also serve Crustacean Hotpot, Salt-Baked Whole Seasonal Fish, and Chilli Crab.

Lunch: $34 (Monday to Friday – 12:00pm to 2:30pm)
Lunch: $58 (Saturday and Sunday – 12:00pm to 2:30pm)
Dinner: $58 (Monday to Sunday – 6:00pm to 10:00pm)

Jjigae is a hot pot of Korean stew with a variety of ingredients ranging from vegetables and meat to ingredients like sausages and baked beans. in the popular budae jjigae. Starts from $12.90.

The very popular Tendon Kohaku has opened a sister outlet just beside it. Katsudon Hanakatsu serves fried pork and chicken cutlets on rice at only $13.50.

Chef-owner Ivan Brehm, whose experience includes the best restaurants in the world, 3 Michelin-starred Per Se in New York and Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck, is perhaps best known locally for Bacchanalia. Nouri focuses on modern, borderless cuisine. A 5-course lunch is priced at $85++, and dinner from $140++.

Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore is a luxury serviced apartment that has a bar and a restaurant called SE7ENTH. Both bar and restaurant are open to public. SE7ENTH is helmed by Dickson Fung. For breakfast, the restaurant serves buffet. For lunch and dinner, they serve set meals and a la carte.

Fresh Canadian oysters at $1.99 each. Lunch starts from $10.

Coming soon. Kushikatsu restaurant (deep-fried skewered meat and vegetable). The restaurant is a part of Unlisted Collection, which manages restaurants like Audace and Bincho at Hua Bee.

Pura Brasa specializes in chargrilled tapas using Josper oven. This is their first shop outside of Spain. The tapas starts from $9 and grilled meats from $16.

Bakery, grocery, and Italian restaurant. They bake their bread fresh daily and make their own sauces for the food. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pizzas start from $13.9, pastas from $14.90, and sandwiches $11.90. Their signatures are the burger and the sandwich, both are $27.90 each.

Helmed by Executive Chef Jose Angel Alonso and One-Star Michelin Chef Manuel Berganza, Tapas Club offers authentic flavours from the Iberian Peninsula.

All day dining from breakfast to dinner, selling European food such as pizzas, pastas, and burgers.
