




✅Raakki (31 Hong Kong Street, opposite Clarke Quay MRT) serves chicken-based broth.
✅Despite looking thin, the broth packs a punch.
✅I like that the tsukune chicken ball has lots of ginger.
❌ but the sweet egg is weird amidst the savoury. It is mismatched.
❌ the chicken slices look like they taste. It tastes and feels the same as when I sous vide chicken.
✅ overall, won’t be my top 5 ramen. But it’s not bad. Can go if you work nearby or interested to try a new ramen or want a lighter, clean ramen.
