❌ I’m sorry but this claypot rice stall is going down if they don’t do something about it soon. I feel like most people will eat it once and never again.

❌ pricy

❌ mid taste. No depth of dark soy sauce (They don’t give). And no 锅巴 burnt rice which is the essence of claypot rice.

❌ meat is meagre

✅ The rice is nicely cooked, grain apart from grain.

✅ The dish depends wholly on the excellent chili.

❌ signboard says “30 years.” It’s the same case as TWG. the stall just started in late 2023. So why 30? Coz the recipe is from 30 years ago. It’s not against the law but I feel irritated by such marketing.
