👯♀️ A follower recommended Burger Labo and I take my followers’ recommendations seriously. Spoiler alert: it’s good.
🐄 patty from a blend of grass-fed Aberdeen Angus & Toriyama Umami Wagyu A4. It’s nicely fat and balanced, not greasey.
🥤the onion ring and malt barley milkshake are just alright.
💸 it’s about $35 for a burger, drink, and side. pretty expensive.
